THE COMPANY

The racing events were born out of a friendship in a small, regional motorcycle club and for customers of Karl and Rosi Rehm’s own Yamaha dealership in Mugello in September 1988.

In 1999, we invested heavily in timekeeping technology and purchased transponders and decoders from AMB (now MyLaps) and realised that it increases our expertise and flexibility to organise parts of the events ourselves. From the participant management software to the timekeeping software, everything was developed in-house with an IT-savvy partner and subsequently distributed for many years.

Gradually, the portfolio of racetracks was expanded to include the MotoGP tracks Misano, Valencia, Barcelona and many other racetracks, so that the now Yamaha, Aprilia and Husqvarna authorised workshop, which had also grown in the meantime, had to be given up that the company could concentrate on the events from 2000.

At that time, the company was already on the road in an extended 40-tonne truck with event registration office to then receive the German Service Award from MEWO / impuls in 2004. In 2005, we then bought a second 40-tonne truck for bike transportation and tyres so that we could also provide our own race service. In 2008, we moved to new premises and a new company location, allowing us to offer additional facilities, including storage, service and transport solutions. At the same time, we became an official Pirelli & Metzeler partner.

The service was continuously developed over the following years. In 2019 Sascha Rehm joined the team, and the storage capacities were expanded to include a warehouse in Cartagena, Spain, in 2021, due to the increased number of events. Ben Rehm also joined the business full-time in 2023, then Rehm race days GmbH has been an official chamber of trade and commerce training company for event managers and two-wheel mechatronics technicians.

At the beginning of 2024, a new live timing system was introduced (developed by partners themselves), which now takes over event management. Fortunately, the historical data since 2002 could be taken over. At the beginning of 2025, Ben took over shares.
