The company founders are still actively involved in the events today. Karl is a trained master car mechanic and business economist in the trade. He takes care of the company management, especially the scheduling of employees and vehicles. He also drives the truck himself and, as race manager, is responsible for briefings and announcements on site, among other things. He also manages the trackside team. Rosi Rehm takes care of booking management in the office and on site, where her empathetic nature ensures you get the best service. She also takes care of personnel management and controlling.

Ben is primarily responsible for planning appointments and communicating with racetracks. He takes on all marketing and management-related tasks within the company and maintains external contacts. After a successful career at DB Schenker in Ulm as a senior ocean manager, he introduced the dual training system at Rehm race days and in 2024 successfully completed his Master of Business Administration in Business Management at Liverpool John Moores University while working. At the event, Ben takes care of the race office and timekeeping, where he is also significantly involved in development.

Sascha Rehm

Sascha uses his expertise as an IT business manager to ensure a smooth Rehm race service – from purchasing to sales!

Sascha came to Rehm race days after training as a chef and then working in the profession for many years, before retraining as a merchant for IT services. He takes care of the tyre and parts trade and the loading of the trucks at the company site. At the event, he is in charge of the Rehm race service.

Anna excels at timekeeping and social media and, as a junior race manager, also lends a hand on the starting grid.

Our trainee and junior race manager-to-be Anna is being prepared for all eventualities of the racetrack event profession in the dual training system of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an event manager and works in all sub-areas. Anna excels with her helpful nature as a previously trained nurse. We are proud that Anna has already taken over the social media channels and is making a significant contribution in all areas, right down to mounting tyres. Anna confidently contributes to the operation of the new timekeeping software.

Mauro impresses with his instructional expertise and language skills, while Marzia rounds off the all-in package perfectly with her bike service and delicious food!

Mauro, also known as ALF, is Karl Rehm's right-hand man at the event. He speaks German, Italian, French and Spanish and takes on the role of briefing, partly making announcements and conducting award ceremonies at the events with his incomparable multilingual manner. Mauro has been riding with us since 2001 and in 2012 he expanded the REHM RACE SCHOOL with the ALF BIKE SCHOOL. He is successfully integrated into all events with his extremely convincing instruction. Marzia actively supports him here. As part of the PerfectBox, your motorbike and equipment will be prepared for you, while Marzia will be serving you delicious snacks and her unforgettable cake.

Gerry & Jakob lead the trackside team – Jakob's technical understanding and Gerry's safety understanding ensure a smooth trackside entry!

Jakob has been fully integrated into the company since 2023. As part of a sponsorship deal, he can train with us at all events and we provide the transport. To make sure he doesn't get bored, we've had our car converted to manual operation for the disabled. Jakob heads the Trackside team and is responsible for our social media presence.
Gerry has been part of our events since 2004, his daughter Valentina has already worked in the RaceOffice and he has been managing the track entrance for years. With his many years of experience as a racetrack rider and professional work as a police officer, he is ideally suited to ensure safety aspects and spot checks of the motorcycles are carried out and has trained Jakob to his full satisfaction.

Jacky & Alex complement the team of instructors with their exceptional expertise – Jacky with the perfect line, and Alex with precise analyses of rider, bike and data!

To meet the demands on site, we have additional instructors in addition to Mauro. Jacky is present at many events, his skills go beyond the 2015 and he will teach you a clean and fast line. Alex is from 2015 and is known for his expert analysis of motorcycle and rider problems. In the debriefings, he offers a high level of expertise and a talent for finding solutions. Both of them will often spend the whole night working on a motorcycle until it runs optimally (even if the rider often takes up more time).

SERVICE, OFFICE & TRACKSIDE TEAM

A large number of people help us in our daily business and we take the opportunity to reward everyone accordingly and say thank you:

Basti is responsible for transport and timekeeping and is available for anything
Rolf programmed the merchandise management system and helps us with all double events
Angie has established herself as a long-standing and thus permanent assistant since 2004 and can take on many tasks from the office to the starting line-up
Leonie is almost always on board as an intern and takes care of your well-being on site and the graphic design in the marketing area

Thomas was employed by us from 2022 to 2024 and was successfully responsible for the race service and he also brought his Rehm race service truck to the racetrack. We have a deep friendship with Thomas, he is still by our side today and helps out when needed.

In loving memory of our long-standing colleague Steini, who, after a career at Liebherr, took over the Rehm race service from 2021 to 2022 due to his passion. He is still very much an important part of our team in our hearts, but for health reasons he had to end his passion much too early. His heartfelt commitment, his love of engines and the deeply friendly way he interacted with everyone around him will remain unforgotten.
