EVENT SCHEDULE

REGISTRATION @ InfoTruck

After you have registered online and signed the necessary documents, you can register on site at the InfoTruck on the evening before the event. After you have been handed the documents and information, as well as the label for the motorbike, the clip for the leather suit and the transponder for timekeeping, your registration is complete. You can check all the details and participation in comparison rides on the label.

ON-SITE BRIEFING

On the morning of the first day of the event, the obligatory briefing for all participants takes place BEFORE the start of the event, where all the important points about the event and safety, as well as racetrack-specific behaviour will be explained. Our briefings are held in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish.

LIVE TIMING PRO

From the start of the activity our modern LiveTimingPro takes over the control of the event, all information about the rider, new groups, starting lists / grids and schedule changes can be found online without delay. If you have any questions, change requests or adjustments, our team will be happy to help. In addition to race control, the LiveTImingPro will also take on the task of keeping the speed groups as homogeneous as possible; we will reallocate the speed groups at certain times (according to the schedule) and as required. In addition, as usual, announcements will be via loudspeaker system and in our LiveTimingPro.  Here you can open LiveTimingPro, where you will also find historical data of all our events since 2002.

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS & GENERAL RACING

You’re ready to go. Instructors are available on request during the first group sessions. We are offering a huge programme, from training sessions to qualifying and various races throughout the three days to keep it interesting. The fact that most of our events are based on three days is also reflected in the safety, you don’t have to achieve your best time straight away and can go into the days relaxed. We have also seen that progress this way.in your own performance is more clearly visible.

RACES, ENDURANCES & CHALLENGES

Wherever possible we organise races with a MotoGP start and endurance races with traditional LeMans start. Should this be prohibited by local or national regulations or by the motorsport associations, we will use our Single&Flying Start logic to remove enough racing character, so these races be able to organise in an adapted manner. Trophies will be available for all comparative races, even in the slower groups (if permitted). The award ceremonies will take place on the second day in the evening and on the third day after the races in multi-language. All activities will be visualised, and you can follow everything on site and from home in LiveTimingPro.

QUALIFYING & TIME ATTACK

Qualifying sessions (also called TimeAttack, depending on the specifications) are carried out in the regular speed groups in the same way as the training sessions. These times are used for the positions in the races, challenges and endurance races or friendship rides.

PUBLIC BOX

The Public Box is the meeting point for all participants. You will find the LiveTimingPro for everyone on the big TV, the briefings will be started here, there is coffee all day and a beer in (if the racetrack allows it) the evening after the end of the activity. Usually, the Race Service is in the pit next door and the InfoTruck in front of the Public Box.

RACE SERVICE

In our Rehm race service you will find everything to do with tyres and tyre changes, leather suits, accessories and clothing from Rehm race days, as well as a small selection of spare and wear parts. Everything is also available for pre-order, and you can find out more here.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES

In addition to organising racetrack events, timekeeping based on transponders since 2002, tyre and parts, instructor services, we are also offering storage and transport services. We can offer repairs and services on the bikes with partnered authorised workshops or specialised racing mechanics.
